Helping Kids Become Bosses With Sean Johnson

If you want your children to be successful, they need to learn how to run a business. It's not just about getting an education and finding a job; it's also about being able to create your opportunities and make money doing what you love. The world is moving fast, and the days of having a single career for 40 years are long gone. We've entered the age of entrepreneurship, where people create their jobs rather than waiting for someone else to give them one. Entrepreneurship is no longer reserved for tech startups or inventors. Anyone can be an entrepreneur as long as they have an entrepreneurial mindset and know-how to take action.

In this episode, we are joined by Sean Johnson, a partner at Manifold, who advises enterprise organizations on growth and innovation and invests in early-stage startups. Sean talks about how you can teach your kids to be entrepreneurs, the importance of teaching your kids to be their own bosses, and the title of the book “SIP. How to help kids taste entrepreneurship and build the best lemonade stand ever.” Tune in to learn more on this and other exciting topics!
