Ye Ye guided me through making an awesome cucumber salad and told me of her adventures studying at Disney University, interning at Disney world, and checking out the club scene in Britain before returning to China where she fell in love with and married an American comedian and then settled in NY. Whew, probably the largest geographic area we've covered.
Cucumber Salad Recipe (ingredients list)
1 English Cucumber (or 3 to 4 Parisian cucumbers)
2 Cloves Of Garlic
1 Scallion
White Vinegar (or Rice Vinegar)
Toasted Sesame Oil
Vegetable Oil
