Eileen is a registered dietitian with a masters from Immaculata who overcame an eating disorder and achieved substantial weight loss, which positioned her in the middle of her clients’ private and emotional lives as she helped them develop health and nutrition strategies that worked for them while motivating them to achieve their goals.
