I believe most of us are willing to donate blood. But what's stopping us from doing it is the lack of proper information and awareness. Oftentimes, we hear the phrases 'I've been planning to donate someday', 'I've been wanting to donate blood', 'I want to donate blood'. When asked why they have not donated (yet), many people say it is because they don't know where to start or they are afraid. Some would also say they were never asked to donate or they don't know if they are eligible. If that is the problem, join us in this episode. There are Red Cross chapters that also offer a regular blood donation drive like the Pasay City Chapter. They are located at 2345 CAA Compound Aurora Blvd. Pasay City. They offer free transportation services to blood donors.
