Diversity, equity and inclusion doesn’t just happen. Whether in the workplace or in society in general, it has to be done with intention. DEI is something that needs more than just a little push for it to actually happen. Corporations need to push programs for it. Governments need to push legislation for it. And even families need to radically change how they raise their children and mold them in a more progressive outlook.
