Brandon Judd is a widely known and highly regarded expert on border security and illegal immigration. He served as a Border Patrol agent for the last 23 years, and President of the National Border Patrol Council since March 2013. His dual roles include protecting America’s borders while ensuring that the best interests of all rank-and-file Border Patrol agents across the country are met. Mr. Judd is an extremely effective communicator. All forms of media have covered his border security positions. He has been called upon to testify before the U.S. Congress as an expert witness on border security on numerous occasions. He is often consulted privately by policymakers on Capitol Hill. At the invitation of President Trump, Mr. Judd has participated with the President in multiple roundtables and press conferences both pre- and post-election to discuss measures to secure the border effectively. Mr. Judd has written numerous border security op-eds that have been published by multiple media outlets, including, but not limited to, USA Today, the Hill, Real Clear Politics, the Washington Times, and Fox News National. Due to Mr. Judd’s advocacy, numerous border security policies have been created and law enforcement operations implemented to ensure the safety and security of the United States and its citizens.

Matthew G. Whitaker was acting Attorney General of the United States (2018-2019). Before becoming acting Attorney General, Mr. Whitaker served as Chief of Staff to the Attorney General. He was appointed as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa by President George W. Bush, serving from 2004-2009. Whitaker was the managing partner of Des Moines-based law firm Whitaker Hagenow & Gustoff LLP from 2009 until rejoining DOJ in 2017. He was also the Executive Director for FACT, The Foundation for Accountability & Civic Trust, an ethics and accountability watchdog, between 2014 and 2017. Mr. Whitaker graduated with a Master of Business Administration, Juris Doctor, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa. While at Iowa, Mr. Whitaker was a three-year letterman on the football team, where he received the prestigious Big Ten Medal of Honor.

Mr. Whitaker is now a Senior Fellow with the American Cornerstone Institute, Co-Chair of the Center for Law and Justice at America First Policy Institute and a Senior Fellow at the American Conservative Union Foundation. Matt is on the Board of Directors for America First Legal Foundation. He is also Of Counsel with the Graves Garrett law firm.
