Hey guys, this is a new podcast series I have started about Self-love. I always believe that we need to have self-love inside us to lead a happy life in this chaotic and judgemental world. The world we live in has a different perceptions about us. For some we are good, for some we are evil. They see us according to their perceptions. But what truly matters is how we see ourselves, how to love ourselves even when no one loves us. So self love is important for our mental health too. It makes you happy and complete from inside, and if you are happy and peaceful from inside, everything around you becomes happy and peaceful.
