Hoffman Institute - The Hoffman Quadrinity Process®, founded by Bob Hoffman in 1967, is a week-long residential and personal growth retreat that helps participants identify negative behaviors, moods, and ways of thinking that developed unconsciously and were conditioned in childhood.
The Goose Story - The passage compares the flight formation of geese to teamwork and cooperation. Geese flying in a V formation conserve energy and increase their range. They support each other, taking turns leading and honking to encourage speed. When one is sick or injured, others stay with it until it recovers or dies.
