We discuss how Star Wars Episode IX, The Rise of Skywalker, has similarities with superhero movies and how the fairly recent successes of female-lead Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel might have caused some influences in its production and planning. We also comment on other superhero movies and Marvel movies, such as Endgame. We note the different tropes in Marvel and DC and Star Wars, and how some plot points were poorly copied from movies like Wonder Woman. We also discuss Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel, Black Widow and Harley Quinn.
