Have you ever thought about the power of your words?
I’m sure most of us have heard the phrase sticks and stones can break my bones but words can never hurt me. I remember saying that to myself as a child when someone was being mean or saying something that hurt my feelings. I even tried to believe it. But here’s the thing, what if it’s a lie? What if words can actually hurt more than sticks and stones?
In today’s episode we’re going to talk about the power of our words. They have an incredible ability to shape our self-worth, influence our actions and leave a lasting impression on our lives.
It’s important to become mindful of the words we are saying to ourselves and to others. We need to choose positivity and words that uplift others. This world is often clouded by negativity so why not join me on the journey of spreading kindness and creating a brighter, more uplifting environment—one words at a time!
