Marketing Manager for the International School of Los Angeles Leo Lawrence joins the show to talk about all the different stops on her career. We talked through what the early days of social media looked like for her while she was marketing in the hospitality and service industries abroad. Leo and I also dug into our time working together with UC Irvine Athletics and what it was like being a sports marketer during Covid when all games got cancelled and how she approached giving a positive experience for her student team during the pandemic. To wrap up the show we discussed her current position with the international school and the challenges of consumer education and brand awareness for an education program that is extremely unique in the Los Angeles market.
