Focus on your Inner World

At all times, especially in times of extreme change, we must focus on our inner world. Why? What does that even mean?
If we put our attention into our inner world, into our thoughts and feelings (and the patterns around them) then we can find imbalances when they occur,. They must first be revealed to be healed. If we had focused on our outer circumstances only without first understanding the inner world, we would be spinning around in the same pattern until we did.
Personal Power is to be had in your inner world. It is through your inner world that you create your outer world. Knowing this, how much attention do you think is worth to spend on your inner world?
There is no correct answer. No right or wrong.
But I do ask that each one of you spend more time in your inner world. By doing this, you will find peace, your truth, and your Light.
