This case Happened in Oldsmar Florida on New Years Eve December 31st, 2014. Police dispatch received a frantic and panic call of a man named Mario Gomez. He was reporting to the 911 operator that his brother had decapitated their mother with an Axe. What caused a son to decapitate his own mother on New Years Eve?
