This special episode is a recording of our 'Think-N-Drink" event that took place on April 20th, 2022, at Mother's Brewing Company in Springfield, MO. In this conversation with three local restaurateurs, we dive into how they are helping their community--and beyond-- think critically about the relationship between food, community, sustainability, and cultural ties.
