In this episode, Liam talks to Ciaran O’Hagan – Managing Director of Specialist Joinery Group, near Coleraine in Northern Ireland. A family-owned company, SJG has been trading since the late 1980s, and employs around 150 people. Producing bespoke joinery in wood, metal and glass, SPG has fulfilled prestigious contracts across the world – and was also commissioned to design, build and install the Altar furniture for the Papal Mass during the Pope’s visit to Ireland in 2018.

In this wide-ranging interview, O’Hagan draws on his extensive business experience as he describes his vision of Northern Ireland’s commercial future. This interview was originally broadcast as part of “GB News Northern Ireland week” in November 2021.
