Siwan who has a passion for spreading the power of meditation ever since meditation changed her life at University was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 14. After a few months of meditating daily, her seizures decreased and her life, health and happiness shone to new levels. Now, Siwan shares her story and the power of meditation with others.
