About Chris Gwinn: Chris Gwinn is a visionary leader who has successfully built his own company, Great Lakes Advisory, by standardizing operating procedures, developing leadership skills, and aligning everyone's goals. He is an expert in process optimization, which has helped him achieve a 100% remote team, increase productivity, and promote autonomy among employees.
