Allan T. Marks, a partner with Milbank and a member of the firm’s Global Project Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group and senior fellow at Columbia University in the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, joins Jon Berke on the podcast to discuss the impacts that the incoming Trump administration will have on clean energy policy.
