In this episode of "Next Level Greatness," I had the pleasure of interviewing Tracy Alexander. Tracy is a former journalist who has now become a Vedic Meditation Teacher. She shared her incredible personal journey with me of how Vedic Meditation came into her life to support her as she was working as a journalist and now how she is using it to bring healing to others.During our conversation, Tracy emphasized the transformative power of self-awareness and the importance of emotional processing. She believes that by truly understanding ourselves and our emotions, we can experience profound growth and healing.

Our discussion also brought us to into deep conversation about two topics I want to let you know about. One being self harm which Tracy talks about in her origin story and the current war as Tracy lives in Israel currently and she highlighted the need for compassion, understanding, and personal healing in such challenging times.
Tracy's story is truly inspiring, and her dedication to helping others through Vedic Meditation is commendable. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to speak with her and share her wisdom with our audience.
