In this episode of the podcast, we are joined by Wadud Hassan. Wadud Hassan is a Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence coach based in Dallas where he lives with his wife, and twin girls. Wadud is the founder of Mindfulness Matters Leadership Institute (www.mindfulnessmatters.us). Wadud earned his graduate degree in Leadership and Organizational Performance at the Vanderbilt University, and completed additional leadership trainings at Harvard, IDEO, the Neuroscience Academy, and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, which was born and developed at Google.
