I'm also pro-2nd Amendment for different reasons than most: guns aren't just a tool, they are a cultural institution that are an important part of some people's communities. Do you know what being gay has taught me? How annoying it is when people from outside your community meddle in your life as if they know better than you. So I approach this subject with respect. It seems to me, tentatively, that there is little honest defensive or hunting need for clips to carry more than 10 rounds, as opposed to the thirty in the rifle he was using.
