Brock Morris is a San Diego based Group Manager, on Intuit's TurboTax Business Operations Team. He is a Southern Cal native and spent ~9 years in Silicon Valley working in Operations for Enterprise and Startup companies. He joined Intuit ~1 year ago and is focused on refining his leadership skills and fostering an inclusive growth environment for his team to do the best work of their lives. This was a major driver in Brock’s decision to pursue his MBA part-time (while working full time) at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
In this conversation, Brock and Nicy discuss the importance of learning how to navigate change and discuss examples of visionaries who have embraced change.
