He appears regularly before the Ontario Municipal Board, the Assessment Review Board and in the courts to obtain court and planning decisions like rezonings, Official Plan Amendments and Committee of Adjustment decisions. He deals regularly with provincial and municipal governments, representing developers, citizens and municipalities. Mr. Tang has taught the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario Municipal Land Law course, writes and is quoted regularly.
