His influence extended to the Canadian national team and where his tireless advocacy for soccer in Vancouver earned him a rightful place in the National Soccer Hall of Fame and the Whitecaps FC president, he turned dreams into reality, establishing a professional soccer legacy that continues to inspire generations.
