In Episode 14, Paul is joined by Stryker's Senior Global Mobility Manager, Jack Jampel.
Jack has been the Senior Manager of Stryker Global Mobility since January 2011 and brings his mobility expertise and business-building results to Stryker. He manages the company’s relocation program and provides strategic direction supporting Stryker’s hiring, talent management, and retention objectives. Before joining Stryker, Jack was with Wyeth Pharmaceutical for 20 years, holding numerous HR leadership positions. He has also spoken at numerous conferences and on panels where he is known for his candidness in delivering messages on more controversial topics that truly drive results.
Jack is a strong supporter of the Global Mobility supplier partner network. He has held numerous regional board positions, and advisory positions and is a recipient of a Meritorious Service Award and a Distinguished Service Award for his many contributions to the Worldwide ERC.
In this episode, Jack also provides valuable insights into the workings of RMC pricing, particularly beneficial for newcomers to the world of relocation.
