She is known as an innovator and brilliant problem solver that has been involved in everything from natural resources to national security. About Julia Erdkamp

Early in life, many noticed that I had a unique ability to quickly synthesize information and solve problems. And almost accidentally, I fell into a career in turn around management. I became a professional "fixer". I was called in when there was a problem (usually a big problem), and asked to solve it.

That is at the heart of my career as a strategist. I am known for being uniquely gifted at finding solutions. I see what others can't.

So afrer working under both the Bush and Obama Administrations, I transitioned to private sector to become a public sector consultant. I have worked across the most diverse set of industries (renewable energy, transportation, water rights, equity, homelessness, cannabis, digital equity/broadband, affordable housing, technology, etc.). Today I bring this broad range of experience to nonprofits and small businesses. I help them get position to help solve some of the unique needs of government. The benefit is that they increase their government contracting portfolio, or capture large (7 or 8 figure) grant funding to increase their capacity to serve their target communities.
