Marley Alles is the 27-year old Founder of rax. Born and raised in Canada, it's been her mission to help name it as one of the most innovative countries and biggest tech hubs, while breaking the barriers young female founders face while building a company. Marley’s strong educational and industry experience have driven rax’s success thus far. She graduated from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2018 and from the Hult International School of Business Technology MBA in July 2022. Her work experience lies in advertising and marketing experience at Ogilvy developing advertising plans for some of the world's largest brands, at Ernst and Young leading go-to-market for Ontario and as a Growth Strategist at Bell Curve where she ideates and implements strategies on how startups can grow their business.
