Dr. Noor is a Bangladeshi-American medical doctor from NYC determined to bridge the gap between patients and health insurance services through education, information and empowerment. She currently runs her own health insurance consulting practice out of Tampa, Florida serving clients all over the nation. Dr. Noor offers all her consultations at no charge.
