Jacquie Doucette is the founder and CEO of Beyond Retirement and the host of a podcast with the same name. Using her podcast and her signature program, Rocking Your Retirement, she helps her clients move past the 9-5 workforce and gain fulfilment in a lifestyle that needs NO retirement plan.
And she has Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Pharmacy. She's worked for the Canadian Department of National Defence since she finished high school, in uniform for 20 years, then another 20 years as a civilian, after her first attempt at retirement failed miserably. She knows there's more to life than a job... and more to retirement than just leaving a job. Through her podcast, she's hoping to shed some light on other paths people have taken in their journeys away from the corporate world. Her goal is to share with her listeners and her clients a variety of ways to lead rewarding and fulfilling lives with or without monetary compensation.
