Our Lone Star story of the day: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has found a good angle from which to sue the NCAA over its letting men play in women’s sports – suing them for violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Read the actual lawsuit filed in Lubbock County here– no matter it’s legal claims, it has a great history of the NCAA and the issue of men playing in women’s sports.
