The Product Hive Mentorship program provides a great opportunity for mentees to learn from mentors how to be better UX Designers and PM's.
This episode on Mentee Training gives recommendations on how to be a better mentee.
The answers you receive are only as good as the questions you ask. Articulate valuable insights to your mentor by asking yourself some of the following questions:

- What do you feel are your personal strengths?

- Which of these strengths are you looking to focus on in your professional development over the next 6 months?

- What are the long term goals that you are looking to accomplish through this mentorship program? How do those align with the strengths you are looking to develop?

- What are you hoping to get out of this mentorship?

- How will you know or measure the goal you just listed above for the mentorship program?

- How do you plan to utilize the skills used in a mentor/mentee relationship that you will create over the next 12 weeks?
