Our guest today is Rodrigo Afanador. Rodrigo actually are up in Columbia, South America where he spent his formative years before moving to Canada to do a youth mentoring program. He then moved to to Asheville, North Carolina which is where he got his start in real estate investing. After reading the book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by famous author Robert Kiyosaki he decided to enter into his local REIA where he found his first real estate investing mentor.
