Paola Legarre, owner of Sage Creations Organic Farm in her beautiful lavender fields in Palisade, Colorado. Lavender plants have a long and storied past. They have been used for centuries for food, health and beauty purposes. And beautiful it is, in varying shades of blue, growing in mounds in vast fields.
