In this episode, we speak with David Dubin, an accomplished and respected broker at Compass in New York City. Dubin was a consistent member of the "Multi-Million Dollar Winners Circle" at his previous firm and ranked in the top 1.7% of the 59,000 real estate professionals nationwide. One of the highlights of his tenure with his past team was representing the buyer for the sale of Manhattan's most expensive cooperative in 2012, the Penthouse at 785 Fifth Avenue. Prior to his real estate career, David owned his own jewelry design business, David Dubin Ltd., selling to retailers worldwide. Some of his vendors included, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bloomingdales. An avid runner, David successfully completed several NYC marathons with his personal best at 3 hours 28 minutes, which qualified him to run in the Boston Marathon. David translates his running background into real estate with the importance of crossing the finish line together with his clients. For the past several years, David and his wife have lived in a Sutton Place South cooperative.
