After seven canceled deals, she persevered and eventually closed a deal on a package of three mobile homes with land. Through her strategic approach and detailed note-taking, Lindsay was able to make a profit of $32,000.

We were also joined by our acquisition guru, Dan Toback, who emphasized the importance of building rapport and connecting with sellers on a personal level. He shared his insights on the power of follow-up and the significance of how you follow up with sellers.
