Academically trained in macroeconomics, he has nearly 15-year experience in property research. He has spent the majority of his career working in advisory roles and more recently moved to the client side. Over the last years he has specialized in the European and UK logistics real estate markets. This has enabled him to gain a deep of understanding of occupier and capital market forces and trends impacting the sector. Bruno discusses important topics affecting this key real estate segment with host Jan van den Hogen. Rising interest rates are front and center but also growth prospects for the sector, near shoring, manufacturing and automation. Also, how does the industry continue to develop quality buildings in the current political context existing across the continent.
