In this episode of Majority Rules, the gang (minus Rory) has a lot of updates after attending a super-sized presser w/ MBB, S&D, GYM, WR and VB on Wednesday. Abigail, the birthday girl (unbeknownst to them), kicks things into high gear with some XC updates for the Midwest Regional preview she's been working on before Matthew gets into VB talk about the 9-game win streak, Friday's super important and highly touted matchup against ranked Florida, RPI vs. AVCA polling, player impacts, and some surprising updates from the presser. Karen provides some Swim & Dive updates courtesy of Coach Grevers' presser about tech suits, training, details, Purdue's tomfoolery, and so so many season best times. Quentin joins the team from Bread Co. to contribute to a lengthy discussion about women's hoops woes, which has very few positives right now. Everyone's got an opinion and they are all equally perplexed about the program's stagnation despite talent on the roster. Matthew is up next, with thoughts on the weekend's Tigerstyle Invite and upcoming trip to top-10 ranked VA Tech, to go with some fun nuggets from Smith's presser. In a quick pivot to out-of-season sports, Karen gives some inside gymnastics info about Saturday's intrasquad (10am at TPC) and encourages fans to come get their first look at Helen Hu's return (and read her feature story) and Matthew provides the speediest baseball schedule release update ever. The trio closes with some general talk about Signing Day, and again encourages everyone to head out to Hearnes on Friday to watch Mizzou Volleyball.
