In this episode, I answer a question from a listener on how she can better support her family member who's undergoing chemotherapy. I'm so honored to be able to answer questions like this, both because my biggest mission is to support and hold space for you, but also because it forces me to look at myself in the mirror, revisit the pain points, and heal them all at once. In this episode I revisit some of my own intimate memories while taking care of my dad during chemotherapy, while sharing valuable and healing tools for unconditional support. You might be surprised by the direction that I take, but I encourage you to integrate them to your own unique situation, should you resonate with this show.
