This is a substantial jump from the 13 listings reported the previous week, indicating growing confidence among sellers and providing buyers with a wider array of options.

Total Active Listings

Currently, there are 441 active listings across all Santa Clarita Valley cities, including Acton, Agua Dulce, Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, and Valencia. This diverse inventory caters to a wide range of preferences and budgets, enhancing the overall market appeal.

Price Adjustments and Transactions

The market is dynamic, with 24 properties experiencing price adjustments. Additionally, 13 properties previously in escrow have returned to the market, likely due to buyer financing issues. However, the market remains active with 18 properties entering escrow and 19 pending sales, suggesting a healthy pace of transactions.

Closed and Expired Listings

Last week, 32 properties successfully closed, showcasing the market's ability to convert listings into sales. On the flip side, 22 listings expired, highlighting the competitive nature of the market and the importance of strategic pricing.
