Amanda spends her time working in non-banking financial services recruitment - specifically Legal, Risk and Compliance specialising in Funds Management, Superannuation, Insurance, and Wealth Management.

She has been recognised as the #1 Recruitment Consultant in her space winning multiple awards including the SEEK SARA Award for Recruitment Consultant of the Year in 2023 and also a finalist in 2022. Amanda’s commitment to being recognised as a subject matter expert and leader in her space resulted in her promotion to Director at Kaizen Recruitment in 2020.

Beyond her professional achievements, Amanda is deeply committed to causes close to her heart. She volunteers with not-for-profits focusing on animals, the environment, and supporting victims of family violence.

Amanda is an avid explorer, having traveled to 97 countries. She also enjoys camping, hiking and scuba diving.

In this episode, Amanda shares insights on talent diversity and its importance. We'll explore strategies for attracting, leveraging, and retaining diverse talent. Amanda also discusses how job seekers and employees can leverage their diversity as a strength to attract more opportunities.
