Hi loves! I am excited for today's episode short and sweet episode about how walking can help symptoms of PCOS sand creates a healthy habit to build off of! Walks are essential for my health and are a great tool to fall back on when motivation may be low for a strength training session. They're also great to blow some steam off, or just listen to some music or walk with friends!!
