In Episode 34 of Season 2, Trinity French and Mike Manning talk about the reasons why people are procrastinators and why they are productive. Some of the reasons why we procrastinate it we feel we have to be perfect, we don't prioritize correctly and we get distracted.
We are productive when we prioritize, set systems and tackle the hardest tasks first.
