In this episode of the Leadership Tales podcast, Colin welcomes Tim Carroll, Weather and Climate Lead at Microsoft. After leading teams at Dell, IBM, and other major tech companies, Tim stepped into his current role because he believes there is no more impactful work than predicting weather and climate in order to protect and improve the lives of all people.
