First and foremost, let me say that this podcast is not about canceling anybody. I like to call it a well-intentioned tell-all.

I’m Izzy Sapien, a seasoned brand builder who has been behind the scenes building today’s most beloved beauty and wellness brands. I spent over ten years building marketing strategies for a wide range of brands, giving me a unique and unfiltered perspective on what's hiding beneath the surface of one of the most glamorous industries in the world. With this podcast, I hope that consumers and brands alike can help amplify beauty's current cultural reckoning and shape it into something more beautiful together.
