Seth Ferguson had a very comfortable life as a real estate agent and then broker, making ‘what most people would consider pretty good money’, but as he says was a young guy and the money came in, and the money went out with nothing left over. He had a nice car and a 4 bedroom house to himself, but was tired of being ‘broke’. He found ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ and discovered Don Campbell’s book and realized his was helping others secure their financial future, not his own. He had an advantage of many other people being an agent and broker, and this started a successful real estate investor journey 13 years in, and as he says, ‘Apartments are where it’s at!’ He’s now the CEO of Multi Family Real Estate Inc., assisting vetted investors get into high ticket multi family properties.
