Kevin has 40+ years experience in managing casualty claims and litigation and a BA from Wake Forest University and an MA from the College of William & Mary. He has served as an expert witness in over 125 cases nationwide, in state and federal courts with over 40 depositions and has testified in nearly a dozen trials. He has given over 300 presentations at insurance, risk management and legal conferences along with being a contributing author and serving as an expert on cases arising in 23 states across the US.
