Evangeline life has been a melting pot of different methods of coaching and being coached. She spent 18 years coaching Pilates & Yoga then “retired” in 2017 to pursue all the other things. Since then, she has studied pre-med, through nutrition school, delved deep into meditation and inquiry, and taken, additional studies in several different types of coaching style such as lifestyle, career, health, therapeutic, relationship, dating, conflict management, ontological, inquiry, and mindset coaching.After a major breakup Evangeline, suffered through the swamp of an existential crisis, and started her life completely over again in San Diego where she eventually became whole again. It was after her healing that she met my soulmate and is now living her dream marriage where every day they lift each other up and support each other’s dreams. Evangeline stated " I’ve hit rock bottom. I know what it’s like. I pulled myself up out of the grave and it included tons and tons of therapy, soul searching and coaching. I was aligned with what I wanted so much that I found someone who brought me through the processes I needed to start up my career again doing a virtual model of coaching like I do now. I’m so ridiculously happy coaching my clients, it’s not even funny. It truly feels like what I’m meant to be doing…" Evangeline knows that she is equipped with the knowledge, understanding and insights to assist her clients to move from their pain into joyful living.
