The plaintiff says she makes ugly Christmas sweaters and sold one to the defendant. Now she’s refusing to pay for it and claiming she’s been emotionally damaged by wearing it, so the plaintiff is suing for her money. The defendant says the plaintiff promised to make her a sweater that would win a contest, but instead it was raunchy and full of sexual imagery, so she’s not paying for it.
The plaintiff says he bought a Corvette from the defendant, who promised him two keys. The plaintiff has been getting the runaround for the second key ever since. It’s now costing the plaintiff to get a new key, so he’s suing the defendant. The defendant claims he gave the plaintiff a good price for the vehicle and never promised a second key.
