I wouldn't call myself an expert in Self-Development; more of an eternal student.
However, I have spent over 25 years reading and learning about a wide range of topics to better myself personally and professionally. And I have probably spent thousands of hours practicing these in my own life.
This includes project management, marketing, entrepreneurship, podcasting, fitness, biohacking, nootropics, productivity, reading/learning, daily routines, goal planning, piano (finally this year) & others I’m definitely missing. It’s all made me the person I am today, and it shows no signs of slowing down.
Here's how I first got interested in Self-Development
Thankfully I’m a naturally curious person and love trying new things out. In the early 80’s I remember the wonder of learning computers & DOS (yes, dating myself), thanks to my father. That likely helped kick off my passion for learning that continues to this day.
So my goal over the next year is:
Continue sharing what’s working, what I’m excited about, and what’s getting me results. I invite you do the same as we all collectively raise the consciousness of this planet!
