J.P. Nerbun is a leadership coach who partners with leaders to support their learning, growth, & impact on the world. He believes that great teams drive results & that effective leaders are intentional in creating strong team cultures.

He also gives tools and strategies that coaches can use to build team culture, establish high standards in a team, and maximize collaboration with players.
